Interested in buildings and their surroundings from a very young age, she studied architecture at the National Technical University of Athens and worked as an intern for two years before joining the Liakos Architects & Associates in 2019. From the very beginning, she was inspired by the approach adopted for each project and felt belonging to the team without losing her personal style, learning new things every day and gaining confidence in search of her own architectural perspective. Adventurous by nature and always looking for new challenges, she tries to create spaces that generate a unique feeling of intimacy, while having simultaneously a dynamic character. Her moto “each architectural element highlights its environment and vice versa” is put into practice in her designs, connecting spaces with their surrounding areas and conveying to visitors the unique features of each place.
She likes travelling around the world, exploring the human and natural landscape. During her six-month stay in Florence, she worked on a number of renovation projects and became interested in the ways historical buildings can co-exist with new ones to form future cities. She has also attended a number of specialized workshops concerning architectural innovations, constructions processes and digital transformations worldwide.
Her free time activities include beach volley, yoga and playing the piano to release everyday stress. Starting each day with a smile and a positive attitude enhances Konstantina’s creativity and enables her to focus on what is important for her: architecture.
